The Adventures of Flapjack - Child Reading to Her Dog

Welcome to Flap Finds!

Flap finds he is always looking for good books to be read to him during his down time.  His tastes are varied.  He enjoys children’s books as well as an occasional mystery romance.

One of his favorite authors is Janice Spina.  Janice Spina is an award-winning author who has written nine children’s books.

They include Louey the Lazy Elephant, Ricky the Rambunctious Raccoon, Jerry the Crabby Crayfish, Lamby the Lonely Lamb, Jesse the Precocious Polar Bear, Broose the Moose on the Loose, Davey & Derek Junior Detectives (Book 1 – The Case of the Missing Cell Phone), (Book 2 – Davey & Derek Junior Detectives Series – The Case of the Mysterious Black Cat), Sebastian Meets Marvin the Monkey, and one novel, Hunting Mariah, written under J.E. Spina.

She is also a writer of poetry and a copy editor. Janice has always loved writing and started very young writing poetry, then stories. Her children’s book, Lamby the Lonely Lamby, won a Silver Medal in the Mom’s Choice Awards. All her books are available through major distributors such as amazon.com, and barnesandnoble.com.

One of her sports’ poems was published in The Lawrence Eagle Tribune in October of 2008. She is currently working toward publishing two children’s book and a paranormal mystery. Her murder mystery, Hunting Mariah, was published October 19, 2014.
